After you submit an inquiry, you will receive a confirmation message! We will answer any initial questions and provide a list of services. Your questionnaire helps us to build your proposal.
We will send you a copy of a draft proposal to review before your consultation call.

During your call, we will do some introudctions. Your potential coordinator will share about their background and skillset and share about the TGE planning process. We will also have some time to learn about YOU. We want to hear your story and get to know you a little bit!
Next, we will learn a little bit more about your wedding or event. Based on your questionnaire answers, we may have a few follow-up questions for you.
After that, we will reivew the proposal and proposed services. We will walk through the contract and payment options. At the end of our 45 minute meeting, we will answer any questions and talk about next steps.

Design services include work specific to the visual aspect of your wedding. Examples include helping you create a color palette, sourcing items to fit your palette and theme, working closely with your florist, musicians, and other vendors to communciate your vision. We can help extend your vision to all your wedding events (shower, bachelorette party, etc.) Design services include 2 color palettes and 2 moodboards.
Planning services get into the details of the event! This includes things like reviewing vendor contracts, aiding in the vendor selection process, budget planning, timeline planning, keeping you on track with your wedding timeline. It can also include RSVP, lodging, or transportation management. Planning packages include coordination services for the wedding weekend.
Coordination services are typically short-term and focus on the logistics of the day of the wedding. By the time you would meet with our team for coordination, the bulk of the planning will be done. Coordination services include finalizing a weekend timeline, communicating with vendors through the wedding weekend, running the rehearsal, and executing the timeline on the day of the wedding. Our coordination packages include 10 hours on the day of the wedding. Additional time can be added.

Yes! The beauty of having a small team is that we can fully customize a package to meet your needs.

Yes and no! It depends on the scope of the design project. Our team has a lot of skill when it comes to event design, but we are not design experts. When we fall short we consult experts and use additional tools as a part of our design process. This comes at no additional cost to clients. If you have questions or are unsatisfied with a design element for your event, please communciate with your coordiantor early in the process so that we can do our best to get back on track.
